Robert Henry Anderson

Robert H. Anderson is an attorney with the law firm of Benjamin and Shapiro, Ltd. With over 30 years of combined experience as an attorney, hearing officer, and administrative law judge, Robert has handled a variety of matters; including trials and appeals on both the state and federal levels. As a hearing officer and administrative law judge, he presided over civil matters involving claims up to $50,000.00. He has also appeared before numerous state and federal administrative bodies. In the courtroom, Robert is a forceful advocate; and outside of the courtroom, an artful negotiator.

Robert is a graduate of the DePaul University College of Law and Roosevelt University. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois. He is a member of the Bar of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and a member of the Trial Bar of the United States District Court of the Northern District of Illinois.
